Shipping policy

We use USPS Priority mail for most orders. Orders for Clockwork Critters, crochet, wooden puzzle kits, and games are usually shipped within one to two business days. Glass orders may take an additional day due to more involved packaging.
Should something be damaged in shipping, please contact us first so we can determine the best way to handle it.
